Stress averted...for the time being. My cousin is not pregnant, but since my cousin is sexually active, I'd like to make sure that she knows all about safe sex, birth control, sexually transmitted diseases, and all the rest of that stuff. I know that stuff was covered in my schools and classes, but just to make sure, it can't hurt to try to talk to her about her choices and what not. I just want to make her aware. Plus it might be good practice for when I go through this stuff with my own daughter.

Ah, I totally understand your concern about the youngin. You are definitely on the right track by making sure she has all the important information about being sexually active. Then you just gotta hope that she makes the healthiest choice and if she don't, its ok because she is still learning about herself and her actions. Then you let her know how much you value and respect her as a young woman. Good luck! I know you're a great cousin because you care. I'm sure she appreciates it!
Hey Bobby...you should take her to the Feminist Women's Health Center. They have great staff, counselors, nurse practitioners, and physicians. They can even sign her up for a state program that can provide her with free birth control and other contraceptives. This program will also provide her with free annual check-ups and screening for STDs. They'll give her this dark green card. I used to intern for their facility in Chico. It's a better environment that Planned Parenthood.
